Monthly Tuition -Your monthly tuition is a set fee that is due on the 1st of the month with a grace period ending on the 10th day of each month. This amount is based on the length of each class and on the number of times per week your child is scheduled to attend. You are paying for your child’s place in the class, not his or her attendance each month. Since we cannot be responsible for your child’s attendance, we do not refund or carry forward fees for missed classes. Cash, check payments may be made at the front office or you can pay by CREDIT card online thru the parent’s portal link. In order to drop, we only require a 30 day drop notice by email.
Annual, Registration, Administrative fee
This is an annual fee for each family due upon registration and is non-refundable. The fee is $50 per family. This registration fee is a annual membership & administration fee which allows Amplitude to operate without any long term sessions. This program does run year round. Because there are no sessions, we only require a 30 day drop notice by email. The membership fee applies to immediate family only. This fee is due during the initial registration and each following year on the participant's anniversary month. 48 classes per year We have structured our program so your child can enroll in class at any time on the month. The number of classes is 48 classes per year on base 4 classes per month and 1 class per week. If there is 5 classes a month the 5th class count toward to the next month. (Please see claendar below)
Late Fee - A $5 late fee will be added to your account balance if your monthly tuition has not been received by the 10th day of the month. If you do not pay by the 15th day of the month, the late fee will turn into a $10 late fee. Returned Check Policy - A $35.00 fee will be charged for each check returned for insufficient funds. Referral PROGRAM – For every new customer you refer to us, you will receive a $10 CREDIT your monthly statement. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can receive! Starting/Ending Classes and Weather Information
Make-up classes -At Amplitude Gymnastics Academy we have a student - teacher ratio of: 5-6 years old class 6 students per 1 instructor, for 7+ years old classes 8 students per 1 instructor. We think that it is important that classes are small and as consistent as possible. This way the coaches can give each student an appropriate amount of individual attention and keep track of their weekly progress. We do understand that sometimes there are circumstances that cause you to miss your scheduled class. This is why we allow preschool and recreational students to do;
1 make up class per month.
Make up classes must be scheduled after the class is missed and within four weeks of your absence.

We try to accommodate everyone with their first choice but as some classes fill up this can be difficult for us. Please keep in mind that we always hold your spot in your scheduled class regardless of whether or not you come. So if you know that you will miss more than 1 class maybe it would be better to select a different day or time.
Open ENROLLMENT - A gymnast may join a class at any time throughout the year, provided there are openings, and the
age and ability level are appropriate. If your child changes classes during the year, credits will be transferred. We do not charge an extra fee to change classes!
To withdraw from a class, an email of withdrawal must be given at least 30 days in advance of the date of withdraw. Verbal conversations are not considered valid withdraw notice. Please, make sure you send an email or signed letter.
Please do not assume that we will automatically drop your child if they have not been attending. If we do not receive written notification of your intention to stop classes, we will consider your child actively enrolled and you will be responsible for tuition until we receive written notification. Our classes run the same schedule month-to-month so you do not have to contact us unless there are changes. We will post your monthly tuition on your account on the 26th for the next month for every enrolled child, and this tuition is due unless you email us. No refunds or credits are given.
Holiday Closings - Labor Day Weekend,
Thanksgiving Holidays, December 25-30, January 1, Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day (July 4th).
Weather Related or Emergency Closings - We rarely cancel classes due to weather conditions. Please remember that we are not affiliated with the local schools and do not always follow SCHOOL closings. You may also call our office for information.
