What is Parkour?
Parkour is the discipline of overcoming obstacles in one’s path using only the human body. Visually, Parkour looks like moving through your environment like an obstacle course. The body is the only tool required, combining it’s natural skills of bipedal motion, quadrupedal motion,
jumping, climbing, and balance to adapt to its surroundings and maneuver past any obstacle. At Amplitude Gymnastics Academy, we teach Proper training through appropriate steps of progression which is necessary in order to build efficiency, confidence, and longevity in our movements.
